Dale re-joined Hickok & Boardman HR Intelligence in 2023, where he previously held the role of Small Business Account Manager for 2 years, starting in 2010. As an Account Executive, Dale is focused on consulting with clients on benefit strategy, design, and implementation.

Prior to re-joining Hickok & Boardman, Dale spent 11+ years in various account management and leadership roles in the employee benefits, digital marketing & technology spaces (9 of those years being dedicated to Dealer.com). Dale is passionate about partnering with businesses on their employee benefits offerings and creating a service experience that positively impacts and resonates with his clients and their employees.

Dale graduated from the University of Vermont with a B.S. in 2007, and is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

Dale was born and raised in Vermont, and now resides in Saint Albans with his wife Diane and their twin boys Roger & Gus. Dale enjoys spending time outdoors, working on home improvements, New England sports, fantasy football, a cold beer at a campfire, traveling, cooking, and most of all being a dad.
