HR Development & Coaching Series (remote)

Hickok & Boardman HR Intelligence is offering a new series of development and coaching sessions for HR practitioners.

Employees prefer to work with self-aware leaders - which is especially important in a Human Resources (or Talent) Manager, Director, or Generalist. Accurate self-awareness in leaders is highly correlated with organizational effectiveness. HR is the hub of all initiatives and programs to engage employees and drive organizational performance. In this series of coaching and development sessions you will learn to improve and leverage emotional intelligence, leverage leadership competencies, and learn strategies to effectively coach and engage managers and employees.

Having an effective and supportive coach can help a developing leader to see and leverage their strengths to the benefit of the organization. By having an experienced accountability partner who assists with effective leadership, skills development, optimal performance, and identifying blind spots and roadblocks, a new HR leader can take steps towards developing a blend of persuasive leadership competencies that inspire trust, enthusiasm and buy-in.

This series is appropriate for HR Generalists, Managers, or Directors who are new to their roles or are the solo HR practioner for an organization. Participants should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources.

The series will be  limited to a maximum of 5 participants  and sessions will take place remotely via GoTo Training. 

Each session will be interactive and include group work and practical application of skills covered. In between sessions, participants will have suggested reading and the opportunity to interact with each other and the Coach about related group work, in a private LinkedIn group.

The cost is $450 for the 3 remote sessions.  After registering, we will send you an invoice for payment. 

Additional or separate 1:1 coaching available during or after the series (pricing available upon request).
