We understand that every person has different needs, and we are here to not only simplify the process for HR, but to also provide guidance and support to employees when enrolling in additional benefits that
are right for them.
At HB-HRIQ, our process begins by auditing your company’s current benefit offerings to identify any gaps in coverage, and reviewing an employee census to determine the different needs of your employees. We may also audit any technology you have in place that supports the HR and benefit functions in your organization.
Based on our findings, we will recommend appropriate voluntary products to complement your employees’ existing benefits. In addition, we may present technology options for consideration to support benefits enrollment and administration. We will then work with you to choose the right product mix and enrollment strategy.
Once the strategy and products are agreed upon, we take on the role of project manager as we develop an implementation plan, a communication strategy and a timeline for completion. We will also work with you to schedule group and individual education and H&B HRIQ staff will be the ones doing the education.
After implementation is complete and the policies have taken effect, we are here to be your sole contact in all matters related to voluntary benefits.
